Let's get acquainted.

Where are they grown? Fraser Fir is best grown in the beautiful Western North Carolina Mountains at high altitudes, where the summers are cool and it snows in the winter. North Carolina Fraser Firs are superior to Fraser grown in other states.

Is Fraser Fir better than balsam? Fraser Fir is good for all climates and is superior for the warmer climate, as it does not drop its needles. Balsam tends to shed its needles and is not good for climates south of Virginia.

What greens are used? We only use Fraser Fir collected at the last possible moment. Each spring we replant trees to replace the ones we used.

Will the products last through the holidays? If properly cared for, our products will last through the holidays. Care instructions are included in the package.

Is there a guarantee? All of our products are guaranteed for their quality, freshness and delivery.

How are the products decorated? A large, red velvet bow and pine cones are included with the wreaths (excluding advent). The garlands are undecorated. The handsome bows are placed unopened in a plastic bag with simple instructions. This ensures a puffy, fresh bow rather than one that is crushed in shipping.

What if it is a gift? Each gift includes your name and greeting on the label. We can also include business cards when requested and sent to us.

How are the products packaged? Each box is lined with red tissue paper and marked "perishable, open immediately."

When will the packages be shipped? Each customer can select their own shipping week, beginning the week after Thanksgiving. We select the best day to ship to ensure delivery by the weekend. This keeps our packages out of hot warehouses on the weekends.

How are the products shipped? Each package is shipped Federal Express. Each package has a shipping date marked on the box.
